Duct or pipeline inspection is an important part of its operation and maintenance. Regular inspection can help keep operation safe and reach the expected lifespan of the duct or pipeline. Basic visual inspection can be done visually from the outside. Inspection of inaccessible parts, or when getting more information than from just a visual check is necessary, special tools must be used.
JettyRobot is a tool designed for duct and pipeline inspection that can provide results on many levels.
We recommend performing regular inspection with methods appropriate for the given ventilation and exhaust systems.

How It Works
Visual Inspection
JettyRobot is equipped with two cameras – one front camera and one rear camera (optional). These cameras have a resolution of 1280 x 960 pixels and a fisheye lens. They can provide an efficient basic level of visual pipeline inspection. The operator can see live images from the cameras on the control panel monitor and do the check. Video streams from the cameras are saved with an adjustable frame rate to the disk and can be stored for later use.
Technical Specifications:
Industrial Color Camera
Resolution 1280 x 960
Total angle of video coverage 178 degrees
Live video frame speed 30 fps
Recorded video frame speed up to 10 fps
Visual HD Inspection
JettyRobot can be equipped by an additional camera with higher resolution (HD or even better). The additional camera can also provide pan/tilt/zoom features. Using the additional camera, a more detailed inspections of pipes including also detailed perpendicular view on the pipe surface can be performed.
Ultrasonic Pipeline Inspection
JettyRobot can be equipped with additional ultrasonic sensors depending on the type of inspection required. The additional sensors provide a measurement of wall thickness or other types of the inspection like weld inspection, corrosion detection, inner structure defects, etc. The results are evaluated by certified inspectors.
Other Types of Pipeline Inspection
JettyRobot can also be used for pipeline inspection using other types of sensors such as an IR camera, laser scanner for measurement, etc.
