Industrial Ventilation and Industrial Exhaust Systems
In most cases, during the duct cleaning process, the air flow in each section of the duct line can be used to take out the cleaned contamination using the running exhaust or industrial vacuum.
Pipeline Maintenance
During the pipeline cleaning / maintenance project there is no industrial exhaust. For these projects we have developed the rotary vacuum cleaning head, which means there is no need to worry about getting rid of the cleaned contamination.
Technical Specifications:
Rotary Vacuum Cleaner Head for JettyRobot 6, the hose is routed outside the body.
High suction power
100m reach (328 ft)
Different types of nozzles (including brush nozzles)
How It Works
The rotary vacuum cleaning head has to be adjusted to the duct or pipe internal diameter. Correct selection of the brush nozzle for the contamination that has to be vacuumed from the duct or pipeline is also crucial.
The contamination is collected using an external vacuum cleaner into its container. The external vacuum cleaner can be chosen for the application with respect to many parameters like its power, size of the container for contamination as well as filtration quality.
Where to Use Vacuuming
HVAC + Industrial Exhausts
Vacuuming can be used in ventilation systems and industrial exhausts without a running exhaust, or where an air flow cannot be used.
Petrochemical, Civil & Public Infrastructure
Vacuuming can be used as a complementary cleaning method usually in pre-commissioning services in pipeline systems.
